Tracks
There are five fundamental tracks that represent all of the types of people that will bereceiving coaching.
These are:
- Sell
- Inspire
- Interact
- Aspire
- Innovate
The types of career paths that match these tracks are explained as follows:
Sell
A specific category has been allocated for the people who are involved in selling. This is due to the heavy weighting of the training content that is available for activities related to sales and selling. Training content within this track lead a client to a level of excellence in communications, strategies and techniques involved in closing deals and winning business.

Inspire
The Inspire Track is intended for clients that are involved in leadership and communication. The conventional executive would follow this track to improve their skills in management and all techniques surrounding the discipline. As the name suggests it not only the conventional techniques but those which lead a manager to excel within their field are taught.

Interact
The Interact Track will encompass all types of middle management and senior level skills that involve best practice for communication and presentation.

Aspire
The conventional entrepreneur falls into the Aspire Track. The tools and techniques that are needed to build a success startup business are for example built into this type of learning programme.

Innovate
A particular missing link in the market place is the teaching of business and communication skills that are to be used by the technically aware group of people. Many CTO's and research managers, for example, find great difficulty in translating their knowledge into a form that can be understood quickly and effectively by people at differing technical levels. This track breaches this gap and teaches these people excellent communication skills and other knowledge useful to building their careers.
