This is due to the heavy weighting of the training content that is available for activities related to sales and selling. Training content within this track lead a client to a level of excellence in communications, strategies and techniques involved in closing deals and winning business.

The Inspire Track is intended for clients that are involved in leadership and communication. The conventional executive would follow this track to improve their skills in management and all techniques surrounding the discipline. As the name suggests it not only the conventional techniques but those which lead a manager to excel within their field are taught.

Innovate

A particular missing link in the market place is the teaching of business and communication skills that are to be used by the technically aware group of people. Many CTO's and research managers, for example, find great difficulty in translating their knowledge into a form that can be understood quickly and effectively by people at differing technical levels. This track breaches this gap and teaches these people excellent communication skills and other knowledge useful to building their careers.
